Returns Policy

Our goal is to provide a fair way to satisfy our customers and not lose money while doing it. All livestock is guaranteed to be sold in an appropriate condition. After purchasing your livestock, the customer takes full responsibility for the care & husbandry. We make every effort to fully disclose how our products work and what is to be expected.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging and you must be able to provide proof of purchase or receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 2 days from receipt of the original purchase. For any damaged or faulty goods, we will seek to resolve the issue as soon as possible for you. Please contact our online team and we will do our utmost to rectify and send out the new product as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, You may exchange an unused product for an alternative size or item. Contact us for a return authorization number before shipping and include information about your exchange request, e.g., what size or product you want in exchange.
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with exchanges.
